Your statutory 14-day withdrawal information.
Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to communicate withdrawal, without stating a reason, subject to legal exceptions.
Send an unequivocal statement to [email protected] before the deadline, including your name, address, telephone number, order reference, goods concerned and date.
Where withdrawal is valid, payments received will be reimbursed as required by law. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is provided.
Follow the instructions provided by support and return the goods without undue delay. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, direct return costs are borne by the consumer.
The right may not apply to statutory exclusions, including certain sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene or health-protection reasons, customized goods or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.
