Once an order is confirmed, Shopenza prepares it for dispatch. We may contact the customer to verify delivery information.
Estimated delivery is 24–48 hours from confirmation. This is not a guaranteed deadline and may vary because of destination, weekends, holidays, courier operations or circumstances outside our control.
The customer must provide complete and accurate recipient, address and telephone information. Additional costs caused by incorrect details or repeated attempts may be charged where legally permitted.
Inspect the external condition of the parcel at delivery. Record visible damage with the courier and notify [email protected] promptly.
